Reach Out & Tell Us About Your Plans
Fill out the trip planning request form, and tell us as much as you can about your Brazil travel request. Whether you know plenty of details, or just have a general idea of destinations you’d like to visit, the more you tell us, the more assertive we can be in planning your travels.

Book a [Free, No Commitment!] Chat
Once we get your request, we will reach out to book a call with us. This call is a great opportunity for us to all get questions out of the way, and for you to put a face to a name. We want you to be completely comfortable before putting your dream trip into our hands. After this call, we’ll send a draft itinerary to you, free of charge.

Like Us? We’re Flattered! Reserve Your Trip Plan
If you like the direction we’re going in, let’s plan your vacation to perfection! We only take a few travel clients at a time, and require a travel design fee, which will be detailed in your initial draft itinerary, and depends on number of days and activities. Take a load off when it comes to planning your trip and use our local know-how.

Itinerary Building [and Tweaking]
Now we roll our sleeves up and get to work on creating and itinerary for you. We will reach out to our local providers, negotiate rates and upgrades, and filter your favorite options. Once we’ve tweaked your trip to perfection, you will give us the go ahead, we’ll lock everything in for you, draw up terms, and build a flexible payment plan.

Travel with Confidence
Prior to your travel date, we’ll reach out to answer any lingering questions, and connect you to 2 of our staff who will be on call throughout your trip. We’ll check in as much or as little as you’d like during your trip, and give you updates on any flight delays or time changes for your activities. While you travel, we are “always on.” Seamless, remember?
